After
Tasks have been fully defined to create a Project Outline the
Gantt Chart tool can be used to layout the project along a
timeline. Each task will initially appear in “red” and
listed along the left-hand side of the white area. After a
valid time frame has been given to the task it will appear
with blue shading stretched over the time period defined for
it. A Task can be easily edited by clicking on the task and
adjusting the Start and End dates.
