Manually build a Project Team
or base Team selection on Performance History
Each
Project Outline requires that at least one project team member
is selected. This step can be done manually or by clicking on
the Team Selection Wizard button. The Team Selection
Wizard allows a user to choose the most important
Performance criteria required to succeed as a Project Team
member. Using these choices and the most recent Performance
Rating scores Project Team member candidates are listed in
ranked order starting with the most qualified candidate.
To
manually select a Project Team use the drop down field in the
Project team Membership section to select candidates.
