P2P
Workstation (a.k.a. Employee Kiosk)
| In
order to allow deployment of People to Projects to
as many desktops as possible without jeopardizing
access to sensitive data, P2P Workstation is
provided as a data entry only tool for
existing employees to complete surveys and
questionnaires or applicants to complete job
applications.. Available
P2P tools are fully controlled by a system
administrator using the P2P Administrator. Online,
context-sensitive, help is a key push away to
assist the unfamiliar to quickly get the guidance
they need. Each data form follows a wizard-like
format that steps a user through the data input
procedure. |
Envoy
| Envoy is an instant
messenger built into the P2P administrator application. It
allows for communications between registered users of
People to Projects administrator application. Optionally,
users can choose to use Microsoft™ Outlook™ (or
compatible email client software) to send messages
composed through Envoy. In addition to operating as a
stand-alone function it is also integrated into all survey
tools that require notification of participants to begin
data entry. |
Employee Database
| Almost all data related
to an employee can be found in the Employee Database form.
An employee record can be easily located using a Rolodex™
style lookup. The form is divided into six different
tabbed pages containing a variety of data related to the
employee and their status within the organization. An
Employee is automatically entered into the employee
database when s/he has been hired using the P2P
Recruitment tools; namely Recruiter and Job Interview
Profiler |
Employee Rewards Log
| One of the best sources
for new employee recruitment is through satisfied existing
employees. When an employee-referred candidate applies for
a job they are given the opportunity to specify the
referring employees Referral Number. As new people are
hired the Employee Rewards Log can be used to check for
employee eligibility for employee rewards. |
Report Control Form
| The Report Control form
is the main source of most P2P reports so that management
can access real-time organizational reports. Controls, for
varying data displayed by each report, are available on
Report Control form. |
Palm HotSync®
Capability
| Use one of our Palm™
based tools to bring your Contacts or Personal ToDo list
on the road with you. Designed to match the features of
the same P2P Administrator tools our Palm™ based tools
have a very small learning curve and will quickly become
appreciated for allowing a user to keep close to the
