The
Job Dimensions Openings tool allows users to make a new or
existing Job Definition available to the P2P Recruitment
process. These ‘openings’ are referred to as Interview
Sessions by the P2P software. Through the Openings function
new Interview Sessions can be defined or the number of
openings for an existing Interview Sessions can be modified.
In addition, interviews conducted for other Interview Sessions
can be re-used by a new Interview Session.
