Any
task item listed in the Personal ToDo can be edited using the ToDo
Edit form. Double-clicking on the record selector of the ToDo item, to edit, allows access to this form. If the
ToDo items is a task that has been transferred from the Project
Outliner a Task Detail button will be visible. This button can
be used to view Project related information.
The
Lookup button is to be used for new ToDo item entries that
involve a Contact from the Contact Manager. Either the
person’s phone number or email can be entered to precede the
description of the ToDo item. A ToDo items entered using this
method can have the results of the ToDo action entered
automatically into the related contact’s Activity History
record when the ToDo item is marked as Done.
