Investment Detail & Installation:
The
prices below detail the costs for purchasing or
renting People to Projects (P2P) software. The
purchase and rental prices include four hours of
telephone support to install the system. The
full product or subsets of its modules can be
purchased separately.
On-site
installation
or training by a P2P Management Systems representative is not part of
the base fee. Installations or training requiring
on-site visits or customizing of the P2P Management
System software at the clients request will be
assessed according to the following schedule of
costs and charges:
- $1500
per day for on-site work
- Application
customization/programming $175.00 per hour
- All
travel costs and expenses incurred will be
directly billed to the customer.
The
P2P Annual Support Agreement (ASA) stipulates
and includes 90 minutes of telephone or email
support per month per client-company for ongoing
annual rental agreements and software purchases. If
the 90 minutes are exceeded, there is a
pay-per-minute charge for the first ten minutes, and
an additional charge for each minute after the first
ten minutes of telephone support. $24.95 for the
first 10 minutes $2.95 for each additional minute.
P2P
Management System Self-Paced Training Solution:
Our
self-paced training solution is embedded in the
software application and based on modular structure,
which addresses the functionality and processes of
the individual tools and complements the help files.
Purchase
and ASA Fee Schedule:
P2P
is available in two versions; a Microsoft Access
version called P2P Basic and a SQL Server version
called P2P Enterprise. The functionality of
both versions is the same. A major difference
between the two versions is, P2P Basic is limited to
25 users or less, whereas P2P Enterprise is capable
of handling hundreds of users.

pricing structure and installation requirements fit
most small and medium sized organizations.
Most larger organizations require a
customized pricing package based upon client
requirements and project detail.
As appropriate, we reserve the right to
review and price product offerings for potential
client's to insure that all P2P software
applications appropriately fit their more complex
organizational needs and specifications. Pricing
subject to change without notice. Additional copies
of disks, installation materials, or non-standard
requests for assistance are not included in the
listed prices. Web-based recruitment is available
through an active Annual Support Agreement. All
pricing above is based on and includes one Standard
Installation Package (SIP)
